What is ADHD Coaching?

ADHD coaching is a tool for people who are aiming to overcome obstacles but don’t like being told what to do. Through the partnership of a coach, clients will learn to recognize and leverage their existing strengths to accomplish their goals. This is done by creating action plans, and implementing strategies that are tailored to their unique skills, needs and challenges. Coaching is not therapy or counseling —it’s a game plan for success! ADHD coaching is about tackling challenges head-on with practical strategies and a bit of fun along the way. You get the support you need, all wrapped in an approach that celebrates your strengths so you can reach your personal and professional goals.
